In tending 3

I had to pull away from things this week, that was my tending, going inside and reflecting without distractions

As I have grown this past year, stretched, writhed out of my old skin
it has exposed rawness
a rawness apparently it was time for me to deal with.
A midst celebrations, thunderstorms and milestones there has been an underlying pain, a common thread of disappointments.

Then I am reminded what This is really about. How grateful I am to be able to see It, to hold It, to know It.

  1. yes,it seems you have really been going through so much since I've been a reader of your blog. But also, you see what is really most important- beyond the cause of the rawness, there is what you have now in this moment, what you have created. and it is so beautiful.

  2. I love the way you have described where your at, rawness is such a life word... I feel raw a lot too

  3. without the disappointments, the bliss would go unnoticed. as hard as they seem, there is a lesson for us to learn. the beauty is you knowing, and being willing, to find what that lesson is.

(I can't thank you enough for your gift!!! The last few days have been a bit of an emotional and mental struggle. Deer appeared first thing this morning, running to read what Animal Wisdom was the exact medicine I needed!! xoxoxo)

  4. I admire how you reflect on where you were, where you are and where you are going! It inspires me :)

  5. I have always been impressed with your insights friend, and your ability to sit with that discomfort despite the pain. May you continue to grow from all of this...
ps. Your tea is still sitting here on my counter...I promise it will go out this week :).

  6. I love that you take time to focus on yourself, your family, things close to your heart. So many of us are just rushing through life, checking off lists and forgetting what it's all really about! Love to you and yours on this Monday afternoon :)

  7. yes
rawness needs tending too...for so long we bandage with out treating the infection
and they infection is what leaves us with lasting side affects
    tend to your rawness sister
this is the best place to be in for full healing
blessing to you as you walk this out

    love and light

Thank you so much for bringing your energy! It fills me up to see your comments xoxo
