In tending 3

I had to pull away from things this week, that was my tending, going inside and reflecting without distractions

As I have grown this past year, stretched, writhed out of my old skin
it has exposed rawness
a rawness apparently it was time for me to deal with.
A midst celebrations, thunderstorms and milestones there has been an underlying pain, a common thread of disappointments.

Then I am reminded what This is really about. How grateful I am to be able to see It, to hold It, to know It.

  1. yes,it seems you have really been going through so much since I've been a reader of your blog. But also, you see what is really most important- beyond the cause of the rawness, there is what you have now in this moment, what you have created. and it is so beautiful.

  3. without the disappointments, the bliss would go unnoticed. as hard as they seem, there is a lesson for us to learn. the beauty is you knowing, and being willing, to find what that lesson is.

(I can't thank you enough for your gift!!! The last few days have been a bit of an emotional and mental struggle. Deer appeared first thing this morning, running to read what Animal Wisdom said....it was the exact medicine I needed!! xoxoxo)
